Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 15-oz can can pumpkin puree 425 g
  • ½ cup nut butter like peanut butter or almond butter, 100 g

Instructions

  • Stir: Stir together all ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Roll: Portion into tablespoon sized balls and roll into even balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate.
  • Freeze: Freeze until solid, then transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
